Pluses:
Compact, Light weight < 300g
Sharp on axis. Smaller exit pupil reduces issues with astigmatism of observer eyes.
Minimal focus distance is only 450mm from objectives of the binoculars with my 30 years old eyes. Observed ants at that distance are fast, huge with detailed shapes of their eyes, joints, ...
On a trip it is useful as replacement of loupe or glasses for reading fine letters on labels, finding splinters in finger, identifying small blood drinking insects, ...
As any acceptable binocular, this allows to see large craters on Moon, Four moons of Jupiter, ...
Focusing mechanism with moving objectives is enclosed, protected from dust by front flat glass.
Dioptric adjustment on right eyepiece holds position securely with fine step mechanism.
No issue with differential focus in left/right eyepieces while focusing in/out, unlike binoculars that focus by moving eyepieces hanging in space, tilting due to friction.
Minuses:
In daylight, it is great. But in low light conditions in shaky hands, small objective diameter is limiting so eyes have problems to track fine details. In such conditions, heavier Canon 10x30IS stabilized binoculars show much more details.
Off axis image has some optical aberrations but it is easy to move observed object on axis in hand held binocular. Also apparent field of view is smaller compared to above mentioned Canon. But at much lower weight and price, these are reasonable, still comfortable compromises.
Accessory:
Edge of neck strap feels a bit sharp/uncomfortable on naked skin. Over t-shirt, it is good.
Velcro on the protective case should be stitched higher, closer to the edge, to allow easier closing of the case while eyecups are turned up. Now it requires attention to close it safely, or turning eyecups down each time.
Summary:
Recommended, even for children, sharp on axis, robust construction, with practically unlimited focal range, adding many fun uses compared to other binoculars.
